I showed up to his office on Electric Road without an appointment of having spoken to anyone on the phone and was immediately assisted. His office workers were polite, professional, and actively worked towards meeting my personal insurance needs. The best part was that Bill frequently came into oversee the agents progress and was a wealth of knowledge in tweaking deductibles and coverages to provide an outstanding insurance policy. I had been an allstate customer for over 20 years but the rates were no where close to Bill Meador and his team. I was hesitant to go to the office based on there only being one google review that was negative, but whoever left that review is completely wrong. They offered me a 3 year rate lock on my policy and gave a substantial discount for quoting the policy a week early (i.e. – making it effective one week later from the date the policy was created). I added on my 16 year old son for the cheapest rate that could be found in town, and they created a new home insurance policy that is $300 a year less than my previous allstate policy. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality service and an outstanding product to visit Bill Meador and his team.”

“I have been a USAA member since 1985 and was extremely reluctant to mess with my auto and home owner’s insurance since USAA has always been great to me. However, as a courtesy to my real estate agent, I agreed to take a call from Bill Meador. Much to my surprise, Bill gave me some quotes that were almost half of what I have been paying on homeowner’s for pretty much identical coverage. After doing some research on the company Bill recommended, I decided to leave USAA and go with Erie through Bill’s agency. Yes, part of the reason is to save money, but I have never been one to make choices based on money alone.
