“I was talking about how expensive my auto insurance policy with GEICO was getting with a coworker and he recommended me to call Bill Meador and ask for a quote from them, as he has been happy with their company for years. I called at 4:50 not realizing they closed at 5 and I was able to get through right away to an amazing agent who took my information and then went over my entire GEICO policy with me. She explained what all of the different parts of the policy meant and showed me that I had terrible coverage through GEICO for a high payment! I had no idea, so I am extremely grateful for her to take that time and explain everything to me. Then she set me up with a much better coverage plan with everything I needed and then some…for $70 less per month than what I was paying with GEICO! She also took the time to let me know that they would handle the transfer of insurance with my lien holder so I wouldn’t have to worry about that either. Before we even ended our call (which was past 5, so I know she stayed late to help me out), I had all of my new insurance information emailed to me as well as temporary insurance cards to put in my vehicle! This was one of the most amazing insurance experiences I have ever had and I am so happy to be a new client with them!
